Mace entered the real estate sector managing industrial properties for a private realty trust where his skills were honed early, and he consistently delivered above-market cash flows. In 1981, he co-founded Montgomery & Associates in New York, which specialized in construction and commercial real estate. One of the firm’s principal clients convinced Mace to join them as a Partner and Chief Operating Officer. In this role with Big Yellow Mini-Storage Inc., an entity which controlled 25% of the mini-storage category in the New York metro area, he helped build the company’s value and played a key role in its sale to a major, publicly traded REIT.

Brian McMackin has spent his entire career in the real estate industry, currently serving as Managing Principal for Pinchal & Company. With over 25 years of real estate expertise, Brian brings in-depth transaction and operational experience to the company.

Prior to joining Pinchal & Company, Brian was with Cassidy Turley as Senior Managing Director in the Houston office where he had leasing responsibility for a 4.2 million square foot portfolio of assets in Houston. Brian played an integral role in leading agency leasing and further developing the firm’s marketing systems and processes for Houston.

Mr. McMackin has represented institutional clients such as Goldman Sachs, Behringer Harvard, Shorenstein, GE, Lexington Realty Trust, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan among others on various real estate investment portfolios.

Matt Williamson serves as Vice President at Pinchal & Company. In this role, he is actively involved in sourcing, structuring, and capitalizing development and acquisition opportunities, working closely with institutional partners, lenders, and investors to support the company’s expansion.

Prior to joining Pinchal & Company, Matt served as a Director with JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) in the Houston office. There, he specialized in raising both debt and equity capital for institutional real estate investors across the United States. Throughout his career, Mr. Williamson has developed deep relationships within the capital markets community and has successfully executed complex transactions across multiple asset classes and investment structures.

Mr. Williamson has been involved in transactions with leading institutional investors including Goldman Sachs, LaSalle Investment Management, Greystar, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan, among others. His experience spans portfolio recapitalizations, development financings, and structured joint ventures, providing clients with comprehensive capital solutions tailored to their investment objectives.
