Pinchal & Company has acquired a 30-acre site with two buildings that are currently under construction located at 598 and 642 Chaney Avenue in Greenwood, IN.
The first building is a 230,340 SF Build-To-Suit which is 100% leased to Wurth Services and the second buildings is a 232,000 SF Spec-To-Suit. Both buildings will be complete and ready for occupancy by December 2017.
